POSITION: Clinical Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: ER/CCU Department

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for personnel, management, and coordination of nursing services activities for the scheduled working shift, in accordance with established philosophy, objectives, and policies of the hospital to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care and in the absence of the director of nursing services.

EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed in the state of ARK. Minimum 2 yrs experience in ER and CCU/ICU

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to rotate to various nursing units as the need arises and to adjust to the variety of duties characterized by the frequent changes in work load schedules due to fluctuation of patient census or acuity.
