JOB SUMMARY: The RN House Supervisor provides operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for Ashley County Medical Center during assigned shifts. This role serves as the on-site nursing and hospital operations leader, ensuring safe staffing, quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination of services across all departments. The House Supervisor supports staff, facilitates patient flow, and represents nursing administration during off-hours, weekends, holidays, and as assigned. EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current RN registration with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing required. Management experience preferred. Minimum 3 yrs experience in Med-Surg, Critical Care and/or ER experience. Supervisory/leadership experience is preferred. RN, ACLS, BCLS, NRP, PALS and TNCC certification are required– may acquire after hired. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to rotate to various nursing units as the need arises and to adjust to the variety of duties characterized by the frequent changes in work load schedules due to fluctuation of patient census or acuity.
