POSITION AVAILABLE: Quality Improvement/Compliance Officer/Medical Staff Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY: Coordinate hospital-wide Quality Management Program and reporting. Assists departments in developing quality indicators. Serve as Risk Manger identifying potential sources of loss and solution to solve problems. Serve as Medical Staff Coordinator. Coordinates appointment of new physicians, and reappointment of current physicians. Handle all Physicians credentialing. Compliance Officer will respond to all Compliance Hotline Calls and compliances that may arise.
QUALIFICATIONS: BSN or RN degree with at least 10 yrs experience, supervisory experience is required. Current AR State Nursing License, knowledge of State Health Regulations & Medicare Quality projects. Excellent use of language skills.
