TITLE:                         LPN
 
DEPARTMENT:          Generations - nights      
 
JOB SUMMARY:        Provides nursing care under supervision of RN for assigned adult
                                   and geriatric patients in assigned areas according to established
                                   standards and practices.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:   Graduate of an accredited school of nursing .
                                   Current licensed practical nurse registration with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
