TITLE: LPN HOME HEALTH

JOB SUMMARY: Performs primary functions of an LPN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of home health care services and nursing care services. Responsible for quality and safe delivery of home health care nursing services. Weekends and call.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing .
Current licensed practical nurse registration with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. One year experience in Home Health Care preferred.
