DEPARTMENT:                   LAB
 
JOB SUMMARY:                Collect and prepares blood specimens and other samples for laboratory testing.  Maintains collection areas and equipment and performs recordkeeping duties. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:            Graduate of an accredited phlebotomy program or a medical laboratory technology program in phlebotomy
