JOB SUMMARY: Opioid Outreach Project - Conduct assessment of patients referred through the Arkansas Delta Rural Health Opioid Outreach Project (AD-RHLOP) to determine the treatment. Interview clients, review records, and confer with other professionals to evaluate individual’s mental and physical condition to determine the specific program. Will counsel clients or patients, individually or in group sessions to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making changes. Coordinate activities with courts, probation officer, community services, or other post-treatment plans. Assess individual’s degree of drug dependency by collecting and analyzing urine samples; Administer drug screening tests. Will use tele-health system to ensure counseling is provided at ARHP member/partner sites. Will focus on AD-RHOP patients and achieving the best recovery possible.

QUALIFICATIONS: Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor license in the state of Arkansas. 2 years’ experience working as LCSW or LPC. Must have experience working in behavior health, drug abuse, and knowledge of telehealth.
