TITLE:                         RN - HOME HEALTH
 
JOB SUMMARY:        Performs primary functions of a registered nurse in assessing, planning and implementing and evaluating the care of nursing services.  Responsible for promoting team work with co-workers, physicians and personnel of other departments.  Must be willing to work weekends as needed.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:   Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be currently registered in the state of Arkansas. Must have at least 5 years RN experience.   CPR certification required.
