POSITION: RN - Nurse Manger

DEPARTMENT: Med Surge

SUMMARY: Provides direct patient care in med-surge setting. Manage and Schedule 02 center Department. Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care. Performs general nursing duties in med surge unit. Participates in performance improvement activities.

EDUCATION: BSN Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current RN registration with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing required. Management experience preferred. Minimum 3 yrs experience as RN, ACLS, BCLS,NRP, PALS certification – may acquire after hired.

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to rotate to various nursing units as the need arises and to adjust to the variety of duties characterized by the frequent changes in work load schedules due to fluctuation of patient census or acuity.
